Great hostel! Thanks to pushkar for a beautiful hospitalities, and Great time here in Pokhara, i really enjoy my time in this big hostel, whit a good view from the rooftop, good rooms, and also a gym for training, that is really difficult to find here in Nepal!Thank for the staff, really kindness and available for evry problem or question, so i come back to Pokhara in a future, i will be happy to come back here again, Namaste!

Great stay Pokhara is awesome and if you want a more chilled place off the main strip then I would recommend here. Reasonably priced and the staff are great. I stayed in the massive dorm downstairs but it was very pleasant. Hot showers and comfortable beds. Recommend this place!

Great stay at Pushkar guesthouse We had a really great time, very nice place overlooking the lake.The owner is really cool and helpful with all kinds of bookings, explanations, etc.Good food also available at very good price!The rooftop terrace is great to meet travellers, play pool and admire the lake :)Math&Ben

Excellent accommodation Good hostel, with a very nice rooftop view. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They arranged the paragliding, taxi's and they booked the bus tickets for us. We would definitely recommend this hostel.Robin, Jeroen en Sophie from the Netherlands

Great hostel to stay in Pokhara We relaxed in Pokhara for 5 days after our trek. Pushkar’s was clean, cheap, friendly and has a great view from the rooftop. Highly recommend staying here. Be sure and visit the garden cinema while you are in Pokhara.

Don´t do it! You will regret ..... Don´t stay at this hostel, I had a very bad experience. Let´s start with the cockroaches I found in the room (basement), restroom was not good. Breakfast was very poor. I wanted to pay by credit card so that the elderly man in the reception woke up a lady. She started mumbling about it and wanted to charge me an extra fee for credit card. I said I would pay even though I did not agree with it. She lost control right away and started to yell at me, asking me to leave the hostel. The elderly man tried to cool things down but he cannot speak English. I paid by cash and left my bag with them for a trekking (got it back later.) Here is the most bizarre thing: they sold me a bus ticket in the morning for $1500. All of sudden there was a strike, so the same lady came to me in the afternoon and told me I would have to pay extra $500 for the bus company because of the strike (hahaha, so funny, they probably had an offer from someone else who was desperate for a ticket.) I refused and purchased a cheaper bus for $1000. At the bus, talking to another pesenger, I figured that the price for the bus was $550.ps: the name/addres in Google/Trip Advisor are different.... who knows why....

THEY LOST MY BACKPACK!!!!! Don't go here!!! They lost my Backpack after I stored it there for hiking, they said they didn't know anything about the backpack and started yelling at me, pretty sure they just sold my stuff!!!!!! Really unfriendly owners!!!!!

Best place in Pokhara! This place is awesome; you'll be welcomed by the friendliest staff. I felt like coming to a place to live, something way more special than a hostel.The guests are a very cool mix. With a nice rooftop plus free breakfast it's really easy to meet new people! Plus the staff is really helpful and they helped me so well with getting my passport back! Would definitely recommend

Welcoming and friendly stay in heart of pokhara I stayed at Pushkar guest house before and after a hike - the first time for 4 days and the second time for over a week. Amrit and his family are wonderful and can answer any question you might have. You can’t beat the location as it’s tucked away on a quiet lane in the middle of town. Other guests are friendly and social, but not quite as “party party” as other reviews have said - it’s very relaxed compared to some other hostels I’ve stayed at. The beds and bathrooms are pretty standard but for $4-5 a night, it’s a great deal. I got to paint on the rooftop and meet some awesome people. Wifi is sketchy and laundry takes a while to get done. Overall a great stay. Cheers!

Perfect stay !! I stayed at pushkar guest house for 3 days. Atmosphere around is wonderful,met many backpackers. Staff are also very friendly and helpful to travelers in every possible way. Located 10 mins walk from the lakeside.
